When is the plant design mandatory?
The plant design is always mandatory!
Both in the case of a new installation and in the case of maintenance or conversion of an existing installation. It may be drawn up by an authorised self-employed person or by the technical manager of the installer as appropriate, but may never be omitted.
When is the ex L10 report mandatory?
Every time a change is made which leads to energy savings (e.g. Boiler change, installation of new frames, construction of solar thermal or photovoltaic systems).
What incentives are foreseen for taking energy saving measures?
Tax deduction is currently foreseen in 10 years at a rate of 65 % for the replacement of heat generators with heat pumps and hybrid systems, solar thermal installations and heat pump water heaters. The deduction is also allowed for the replacement of boilers to GAS at a rate of 50 % if no modified thermoregulation system is provided and 65 % if the latter is present.
Photovoltaic installations on residential buildings can still benefit from the 50 % deduction (building renovation) in 10 years.
